Natural Creatives Furniture
There are so many beautiful pieces of furniture, and endless combinations! It’s all about selecting what is first and foremost practical, and then fits into your scheme, as well as considering balance (in form, material, heights etc).
In the materials mood board for the Natural Creatives Project (see below again), I focused on warm walnut and light woods, with hints of black. Materials that will patina well, leather, brass and wood, are great as they just have more and more character over time.
Following the project’s floor plan, here are the pieces of furniture I selected. Mostly, I chose Scandinavian designs, and other similar designs with clean edges. A couple of rustic stools made it in there, to already include a passing of time. (Sometimes, when everything seems brand new, it can either feel boring or like you don’t want to ruin it!) Black details made the space modern.
