When I see gingham, it reminds me of French summer, the countryside, and 1960’s icons (take a look at the outfits of Brigitte Bardot, Jane Birkin and Audrey Hepburn, to name a few!). Here are a few ideas of how to incorporate a bit of this ‘vichy’ pattern and French summer vibe into your home.

1. Bedspread

Opt for a subtler shade of gingham for a calm vibe for the bedroom.

2. Table Cloth

The dining table is a great opportunity to go bold with your colour choice for a gingham table covering.

3. Throw Pillows

These are easy to transport around the house on a whim. Change them up, or mix and match as you please.
