Yellow and Green Spring Table
Spring is most certainly in the air, and now is a great time to bring those colours indoors too. A great way to lift the mood, and to embrace the season, is to mix up your table settings.
I’ve created this yellow and green spring table setting here below, using coloured pillar candles and patterned napkins to liven up your dining space. The woven placemat is especially effective in the warmer months, when we dream of being outdoors. These small decorative accessories are an inexpensive way to completely change the mood of your everyday tableware.
The other items are curved and playful, with a few geometric ridges in there to balance it out - these pieces could easily translate to other seasons too.
Look at your local flea markets and on ebay for vintage versions of these items (especially the brass candle holder, vase, glass, plate and cutlery), or consider the pieces I styled here:
