Windowsill Moment

A window sill is a great moment for creating cosiness indoors, as well as creating a welcoming feel from the outside in. In Sweden most homes have windowsills, which is less common in the UK. If your home doesn’t have a windowsill, consider placing a long side table by your window for a similar effect. Or even a small side table, which would be enough for a couple of bits.

I love a lamp + plant combo by the window! The lamp will illuminate your cosy evenings (this one from @ikeauk especially gives off a super warm golden glow thanks to the bamboo) and the plant will thrive by day. It’s also a natural place to display a couple of your favourite coffeetable books, or small decorative pieces.
